Further to the Company's announcement on 27 November 2023, Brooks Macdonald is pleased to announce that Maarten Slendebroek has received regulatory approval and confirms that he will take over as Chairman with immediate effect. He succeeds Richard Price, Acting Chairman, who is stepping down from the Board, also with immediate effect.
