Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Video Means (OAVM) to transact businesses as set out in the Notice of the EGM.

In accordance with the aforesaid Circulars, the Notice of EGM along with the explanatory statement pursuant to Section 102 of the Act will be sent only through electronic mode to all the members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/Depositories. The Notice of the EGM will also be available on the website of the Company at www.ia.ooo and at www.nsdl.co.in and on the website of the stock exchanges. Members can attend and participate in the EGM through VC/OAVM facility only. The instructions for joining the EGM will be provided in the Notice of the EGM. Participation of members through VC/OAVM will be reckoned for the purpose of quorum for the EGM as per section 103 of the Companies Act, 2013.
The Company is providing remote e-voting facility to all its Members to cast their votes on all resolutions set out in the Notice of the EGM. Additionally, the Company is providing the facility of voting through e-voting system during the EGM. Detailed procedure for remote e-voting/ e-voting will be provided in the Notice of the EGM.

प्रदेश की जयराम सरकार की नाक के नीचे जिला शिमला में जिला परिषद के अध्यक्ष और उपाध्यक्ष के पद पर कांग्रेस पार्टी के प्रत्याशियों ने बाजी मार ली और दोनों पदों पर हालीलाज कांग्रेस के करीबी काबिज होने में कामयाब रहे है। मुख्यमंत्री जयराम से लेकर शहरी विकास मंत्री सुरेश भारद्वाज तक कोई भी बड़ा नेता जलवा नहीं दिखा पाए और आज हुए चुनावों में पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री वीरभद्र सिंह की बेहद करीब चंद्र प्रभा नेगी जिला परिषद की अध्यक्ष चुन ली गई। वह रामपुर के ज्यूरी वार्ड से जिला परिषद सदस्य चुनकर आई थी। इसके अलावा उपाध्यक्ष के पद पर रोहडू से अढाल वार्ड से जीते सुरेंद्र रेकटा ने कब्जा जमाया।
चंद्र प्रभा नेगी को 24 में से 15 वोट मिले
जबकि राक्टा को 24 में | जिला परिषद से 17 मत मिले। भाजपा की ओर से भारती जनारथा ने जिला परिषद अध्यक्ष के पद के लिए नामांकन भरा था। उन्हें कल 9 मत मिले जबकि उपाध्यक्ष के पद पर भाजपा समर्थित मदन लाल वर्मा को सात ही मत मिल पाए। याद रहे रोहडू पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री वीरभद्र सिंह का चुनावी हलका रह चुका है जबकि रामपुर में वीरभद्र सिंह का महल है। दोनों पदों पर हालीलालज के नुमाइंदे काबिज हुए है।
रोहडू मौजूदा जयराम सरकार में शहरी विकास मंत्री सुरेश भारद्वाज का गृह हलका है। लेकिन यहां पर भाजपा नेत्री शशिबाला और सुरेश भारद्वाज के बीच तनातनी चली हुई है। पंचायती राज चुनावों में जिला शिमला में भाजपा की स्थिति खराब रही है। वह कोई
उल्टफेर भी नहीं कर पाई। जबकि नगर निग चुनावों में पूर्व भाजपा अध्यक्ष राजीव बिंदल ने
कांग्रेस के बागी को शिमला अपने खेमे कर नगर निगम पर भाजपा का परचम लहरा दिया था। इसके बाद सुरेश भारदवाज ने भी अपना दांव चला व वह वामपंथी पार्षद को भाजपा में ले आए थे व उसे दोबारा टिकट देकर जीता भी दिया था। लेकिन जयराम खेमे की ओर से बिंदल को हाशिए में भेजे जाने के बाद इस बार पंचायती राज चुनावों में भाजपा कोई उल्टफेर नहीं कर पाई है। सुरेश भारदवाज अपने ही जिला में उलटफेर कराने में नाकाम रहे ।

हादसे में चालक की मौत धर्मशाला, 11 फरवरी (जनसत्ता)।
चंबा-खजियार मार्ग पर गुरुवार को मियाड़ी गला के पास कार के खाई में गिरने से 29 साल के चालक सन्नी कमार की मौत हो गई है। पुलिस ने मुकदमा दर्ज कर मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी है। मृतक युवक मियाड़ी गला रठियार गांव का निवासी था। खजियार से गेट की तरफ जा रही कार की मियाड़ी गला में अचानक ब्रेक फेल हो गई और अनियंत्रित कार तीन सौ मीटर गहरी खाई में गिर गई। इससे बरी तरह से घायल सन्नी को खाई से बाहर निकाल कर स्थानीय लोग चंबा अस्पताल ले गए यहां चिकित्सकों ने उसे मृत घोषित कर दिया।
मनाली से 25 किलोमीटर दूर सोलंगनाला के पास अंजनी महादेव में साढ़े 11 हजार फीट की ऊंचाई पर बना प्राकृतिक शिवलिंग इन दिनों सैलानियों के आकर्षण का केंद्र बन गया है।

शिक्षा मंत्री गोविंद ठाकुर ने कहा कि अंजनीमहादेव के समीप ही एडवेंचर पार्क बनाया जा रहा है। मनाली के अनछुए पर्यटन स्थलों को भी विकसित किया जा रहा है। लगातार बढ़ती पर्यटकों की संख्या को देखते हुए आधारभूत ढांचे को विकसित किया जा रहा है।
सुंदरनगर में दुराचार पीड़िता को

जबरन गर्भपात मामले में दफनाए भ्रूण का आरोपी के डीएनए से होगा मिलान धर्मशाला, 11 फरवरी (जनसत्ता)। पहले पति ने गर्भपात करने के लिए कहा।
महिला के मुताबिक शादी के बाद जब पति जब पत्नी को प्रताड़ित करने लगा तो तंग आकर महिला ने पुलिस के सामने गर्भपात की कहानी रखते हुए पति के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज करवा दिया। इस बीच सलूणी के डीएसपी शेर सिंह राणा और तहसीलदार की मौजूदगी में फोरेंसिक विशेषज्ञों ने डेढ़ महीने पहले कब्र में दफनाये गये नवजात का शव निकाल कर अगली वैज्ञानिक प्रक्रिया पूरी की जा रही है। डीएसपी राणा ने बताया कि आरोपी के खिलाफ सीआरपीसी की धारा 498ए के तहत मामला दर्ज कर लिया है और भ्रूण और महिला के पति के बीच डीएनए मिलान हो गया तो मामले में और धाराएं जोडी जाएंगी।

चंबा जिले की चुराह घाटी में गर्भपात के एक मामले में छानबीन कर रही तीसा थाने की पुलिस दफ नाए गए नवजात को कब्र से निकाल कर आरोपी व्यक्ति के साथ डीएनए मिलान करने जा रही है। इस सिलसिले में अपराध विज्ञान के विशेषज्ञ धर्मशाला से चुराह पहुंच गए हैं।
मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक वहां एक स्थानीय महिला ने अपने पति पर जबरन उसका गर्भपात करवाने का आरोप लगाया था। इस पर पुलिस ने महिला के पति के खिलाफ इस बाबत मामला दर्ज कर लिया है। थाने में दी गई तहरीर में महिला ने पति पर आरोप लगाया है कि शादी से पहले उसके साथ शारीरिक संबंध बनाए और जब वह गर्भवती हो गई तो वैवाहिक बंधन से

पांवटा के बहराल बैरियर पर 200 किलो चूरा पोस्त बरामद
पांवटा साहिब : औद्योगिक नगरी पांवटा साहिब के हरियाणा के साथ लगते बहराल बैरियर पर पुलिस ने एक ट्रक से 200 किलोग्राम चूरापोस्त बरामद किया है। हालांकि आरोपी पुलिस की आंखों में धूल झोंक कर मौके से फरार हो गया लेकिन नशे का इतना बड़ा जखीरा बरामद कर पुलिस ने नशा माफिया की कमर तोड़ दी है। पुलिस से मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक हिमाचल हरियाणा सीमा पर एक ट्रक को बहराल चौकी पर रोका गया। जांच के दौरान सामने आया कि 8 बोरों में नशीला पदार्थ चूरा पोस्त भरा हुआ था। हालांकि मौके का फायदा उठाते हुए ट्रक चालक मौके से फरार हो गया। जानकार बता रहे हैं कि नशे के कारोबार में 200 किलो चूरा पोस्त की बाजार में कीमत लगभग साढे ६ लाख रुपए से अधिक हो सकती है।
