Ref: Right Issue of Equity shares of Brooks Laboratories Ltd
Issue of up to 76,66,390 equity shares with a face value of Rs.10 each ("Rights Equity Shares") for cash at a price of Rs.20 each including a share premium of Rs 10 per Equity Share (" Issue Price") aggregating to an amount up to Rs. 1533.28 lakhs on a rights basis to the existing equity share holders of the company in the ratio of 9 Rights Equity Shares for every 20 fully paid up Equity Shares held by the existing equity shareholders on the record date that is on Wednesday February 12, 2020. ("the issues")
With reference to the captioned Rights Issue, we would like to inform you that as per the resolution passed by the Board of Directors of the company dated March 3, 2020, the date of closure of the captioned Right Issue, which was opened on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 and schedule to close on Wednesday, March 4, 2020 has now been extended from Wednesday March 4, 2020 to Thursday, March 12, 2020 in order to provide an opportunity to shareholders to exercise their Rights in the Rights Issue of the Company.
The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 11.30 a.m. and concluded at 12.30 p.m.
