Ref: Outcome of Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on March 19, 2020 in relation to the Rights Issue of Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company (the "Rights Equity Shares" and such rights issue, the "Issue")
In compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended ("SEBI Listing Regulations"), we would like to inform you, that pursuant to the finalization of the basis of allotment of the Issue in consultation with BSE Limited, the designated Stock Exchange for the Issue, the Board of Directors at their meeting held on March 19, 2020 has considered and approved the allotment of 76,66,390 Rights Equity Shares, at an Issue price of Rs. 20/- per Rights Equity Share, including a premium of Rs. 10/- per Equity Share to the eligible applicants in the Issue.
