Brøndbyernes I.F. Fodbold A/S ("Brøndby or the "Company") hereby announces receipt of the following notification pursuant to section 55 of the Danish Companies Act and section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act:

As of 5 February 2025, Røsler Holding ApS has decreased its holding of shares in the Company from 5% to 4.997% and, accordingly, owns 56,997,354 shares at a nominal value of DKK 0.25 each and 56,997,354 voting rights in the Company.
