Wah Nam International Holdings Limited (WNI) Notice of Meeting and Despatch of Circular

Reference is made to the announcement of Wah Nam International Holdings Limited (the Company ) dated 21 February 2011 and in particular that the Company intends to seek shareholder approval to enable it to extend its takeover bid for FerrAus Limited ( FRS ) to cover the shares the subject of that announcement.

After obtaining shareholders’ approval, the Company intends to extend the takeover bid to cover the 40,697,675 shares issued pursuant to FRS' $35 million placement.

It is anticipated that the meeting will be held on 8 April 2011, 10:30 am (Hong Kong time) at Room 2805, 28/F., West Tower, Shun Tak Centre, 168-200 Connaught Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.

The Notice of Meeting and Circular are expected to be despatched to shareholders on or before 18 March 2011.
