Brockman Mining Limited ( Brockman ) received a notification from Mr. Zhu Yi Cai that his aggregated interest in the shares of Brockman has been decreased from 9.15% to 4.38%, of which included decrease of interest held by China Guoyin Investments Limited from 9.13% to 4.35%.
