UPDATE: Wah Nam Takeover Bid – Unified Trading of FerrAus Shares

FerrAus Limited notes that Wah Nam has now varied the offers under its takeover bid to extend them to the placement shares issued by FerrAus on 21 February 2011.

The Australian Securities Commission has advised FerrAus that the placement shares will commence trading, with all other FerrAus shares, under the standard ASX code "FRS" at the commencement of trading on Thursday, 14 April 2011.

Investors that hold placement shares do not need to take any action – the process of changing ASX codes from "FRSN" to "FRS" will be automatic.

Placement shares can continue to be traded under the ASX code "FRSN" until the close of business today.

The Board continues to recommend that shareholders DO NOT ACCEPT Wah Nam's takeover offer.
