Wah Nam International Holdings Ltd (WNI) Wah Nam International Australia Pty Ltd Takeover Bid for FerrAus Limited (FRS)

The Company refers to the announcement released by FerrAus Limited ( FRS ) to the ASX on 18 April 2011 advising of the passing of a resolution approving the issue of 5,000,000 options to Mr Mark Lawrenson ( Options ) at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on that date.

The Company also refers to the announcement released by FRS to the ASX today advising that it has now issued the Options to Mr Lawrenson.

The Company advises that Wah Nam International Australia Pty Ltd ACN 134 696 727 does not intend to rely on the condition set out in section 13.9(b) of its replacement bidder's statement dated 6 December 2010 in respect of the issue of the Options to defeat its takeover offer for FRS.
