Wah Nam International Australia Pty Ltd Takeover Bid for Brockman Resources Limited

(BRM)

The Company is pleased to announce that it has today received permission for admission to quotation on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange ( HKEx ) of the consideration shares in respect of the off-market takeover offer by Wah Nam International Australia Pty Ltd for Brockman Resources Limited ( Brockman ). Consequently, the statutory condition set out in section 13.15(iii) of the bidder's statement is now fulfilled and the takeover offer is now wholly unconditional.
