PLACEMENT SETTLEMENT UPDATE
As previously announced to the market on 3 February 2011, FerrAus Limited (FerrAus) has delayed settlement of its $35 million placement (Placement) pending ASIC determination of an application by Wah Nam International Holdings Limited (Wah Nam) to extend its takeover offer to the new shares to be issued under the Placement.
FerrAus wishes to advise the market that Wah Nam’s application remains under consideration by ASIC and as a result FerrAus has further delayed settlement of the Placement pending finalisation of ASIC’s determination, which is anticipated soon.
FerrAus will update the market on developments in relation to the settlement of the Placement in due course.
