Unlisted Options Expired
Wah Nam International Holdings Limited ( Wah Nam ) advises that 500,000 unlisted employee share options exercisable at HK$1.164 have lapsed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the options upon the resignation of the holder.
After these changes Wah Nam has the following unlisted options on issue:
