RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Board announces that Mr. Mak King Mun, Philip resigned as the Non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 31 December 2013.

The board of directors (the “Board” or “Directors”) of Wong’s International Holdings Limited (the “Company”) announces that Mr. Mak King Mun, Philip (“Mr. Mak”) resigned as the Nonexecutive Director with effect from 31 December 2013 due to his desire to devote more time to his personal business commitment.

Mr. Mak has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and that there are no matters relating to his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The Board would like to express its gratitude to Mr. Mak for his valuable efforts and contribution to the Company during his tenure of office.
