SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 17th April, 2009 in relation to the appointment of executive director (the “Announcement”).

Unless otherwise defined herein, terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as ascribed thereto under the Announcement.

The Board announces that in respect of the appointment of Mr. Lam Sek Sung, Patrick as an executive director, in addition to the information disclosed in the Announcement, Mr. Lam is entitled to a director’s fee of HK$50,000 per annum. He is also entitled to incentive bonuses which are determined by reference to the Group’s results and performance for the financial year concerned.
