ANNOUNCEMENT

The Board of Directors (“the Board”) of Wong’s International (Holdings) Limited (“the Company”) wishes to announce that with effect from 1st January, 2004 Mr. Wong Chung Yin, Michael resigned as Vice Chairman and executive director of the Company and Mr. Wan Man Keung was appointed as an executive director of the Company.

The Board would like to express its thanks to Mr. Wong Chung Yin, Michael for his valuable contribution to the Company over many years and welcome Mr. Wan Man Keung as a new director of the Company.
