ANNOUNCEMENT

The Board of Directors (“the Board”) of Wong’s International (Holdings) Limited (“the Company”) wishes to announce that, with effect from 1st February, 2003:

1. Mr. Wong Chung Ah, Johnny stepped down as Chairman of the Board and Mr. Wong Chung Mat, Benedict was appointed as Chairman of the Board in his place. Mr. Wong Chung Ah, Johnny remained as an executive director of the Company.

2. Mr. Tan Chang On, Lawrence was appointed as an additional executive director of the Company.

The Board would like to express its thanks to Mr. Wong Chung Ah, Johnny for his contribution and leadership during his tenure as Chairman of the Board and welcome Mr. Wong Chung Mat, Benedict as the new Chairman of the Board and Mr. Tan Chang On, Lawrence as a new director of the Company.
