The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Wong’s International (Holdings) Limited (the “Company”) announces that Sir Kenneth Ping Fan Fung resigned as the Vice Chairman and as an independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from 31st January, 2001.
The Board wishes to thank Sir Kenneth for his valuable contribution to the Company over many years.
