CHANGE OF ONE OF THE JOINT AUDITORS

The Board announces that Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu has resigned as one of the joint auditors of the Group with effect from 21 August 2006 and Grant Thornton has been appointed as one of the Group’s joint auditors to fill the casual vacancy.

The board of directors (the “Board”) of Wong’s International (Holdings) Limited (the “Company”) announces that with effect from 21 August 2006, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (“Deloitte”) has resigned as one of the joint auditors of the Company and the Company’s subsidiaries (collectively the “Group”).

After carrying out their annual review, Deloitte has decided to cease to act as one of the Group’s joint auditors. The Board was informed by Deloitte that the factors taken into account in reaching such a conclusion included the professional risk associated with the audit, the level of audit fees, their available internal resources in light of current work flows and, in the case of the Company, their preference to act as sole auditors rather than joint auditors.

Deloitte confirmed in their letter of resignation that, from their perspective, there were no matters in addition to the above reasons that needed to be brought to the attention of members or creditors of the Group.

The Board confirms that there is no disagreement between the Company and Deloitte and there are no circumstances connected with the change of auditors which it considers should be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Group.

Grant Thornton has been appointed as one of the Group’s joint auditors to fill the casual vacancy arising from the resignation of Deloitte and to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting.

SHINEWING (HK) CPA Limited remains as the other joint auditors of the Group.
