    1. To appoint Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and ShineWing (HK) CPA Limited as the Joint Auditors and to authorise the Board of Directors to fix their remuneration.
    1. To pass Resolution 5 of the Notice of the Annual General Meeting (To give a general mandate to the Directors to issue and deal with additional shares of the Company).
    1. To pass Resolution 6 of the Notice of the Annual General Meeting (To amend the Byelaws of the Company).

Where there are joint registered holders of any share, any one of such persons may vote at the meeting, either personally or by proxy, in respect of such share as if he were solely entitled thereto but if more than one such joint holders be present at the meeting personally or by proxy, that one of the said persons so present whose name stands first on the Register of Members in respect of such share shall alone be entitled to vote in respect thereof.

  7. The form of proxy shall be in writing under the hand of the appointer or of his attorney authorised in writing, or if the appointer is a corporation, either under seal or under the hand of an officer or attorney duly authorised.

  8. The form of proxy and the power of attorney or other authority (if any) under which it is signed or a notarially certified copy of such power or authority must be deposited at the principal office of the Company at Wong’s Industrial Centre, 180A Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong not less than 48 hours before the time appointed for holding the meeting or any adjourned meeting.
