Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

As part of the continued consolidation of corporate services, David Fell, Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Broadwind Energy, Inc., will depart from the company to pursue other opportunities. It is anticipated that Mr. Fell will continue in his current position until approximately May 1, 2017.
