Britvic plc (the "Company") announces the vesting on 11 May 2020 of awards over the Company's ordinary shares of 20 pence per share ("Shares") under the Buy-out Award Agreement dated 9 September 2019 for Joanne Wilson (Executive Director), who was awarded 23,360 Shares, and subsequently sold 11,018 Shares at 720.5p per Share to cover Tax and NI.

As a result of this transaction, the interests of the above Director and PDMR and their connected persons in the Company's Shares (excluding options, awards under the Company's LTIPs and interests as potential beneficiaries of the Company's Employee Benefit Trusts) are as follows:
