Director/PDMR Shareholding

Britvic plc (the "Company") was notified on 3 June 2019 that Clive Hooper, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR"), sold 5,044 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of £9.25 per share on 30 May 2019. 

Clive also exercised 81,945 Shares granted under the Company's Executive Share Option Plan ("ESOP") on 3 June 2019 and sold these at a price of £9.04 per Share. Details of the Shares exercised and sold under the ESOP are as follows:
