NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

Britvic plc ("the Company") announces that it received notification on 31 January 2014 that Virginia Corbett, a connected person of Gerald Corbett, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, sold 50,000 Ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), on 29 January 2014 at the price of 712 pence per share, representing 0.02 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

Following the above transaction, the total interest of Gerald Corbett and Virginia Corbett, his connected person in the Company's Ordinary Shares, is 53,695, representing 0.02 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

This notification is made pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4(1).
