NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

Britvic plc ("the Company") announces that it received notification on 26 November 2013 that Simon Litherland, a Director of the Company, purchased 31,342 Ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), on 26 November 2013 at the price of 638.11 pence per share, representing 0.00 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

Following the above transaction, the total interest of Simon Litherland in the Company's Ordinary Shares (excluding options, awards under the Company's LTIP and interests as a potential beneficiary of the Company's Employee Benefit Trusts) is 31,618, representing 0.01 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
