DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Further to the announcement on 23 October 2018 concerning the resignation of Mathew Dunn as Chief Financial Officer, the Company announces that the resignation will be effective from 19 April 2019.

As previously announced on 11 March 2019, Joanne Wilson will join the Company as Chief Financial Officer. Joanne's start date will be announced in due course and will be no later than the end of September 2019.
