The Company notes that Ian McHoul, Senior Independent Director, has relinquished his role as Chief Financial Officer of Amec Foster Wheeler plc, following the acquisition of Amec Foster Wheeler by John Wood Group plc. Ian McHoul has taken up the role of non-executive Director of John Wood Group plc, effective on 6 October 2017.
