CHANGE IN DIRECTOR'S PARTICULARS

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company advises that Gerald Corbett, Non-Executive Chairman, has been appointed a Non-Executive Director and Chairman-Designate of SEGRO plc ("SEGRO").  He joins the SEGRO Board on 1 March 2016 and will succeed Nigel Rich as Chairman after SEGRO's AGM on 22 April 2016.
