APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

Further to the company's announcement on 30 July 2015, Britvic is pleased to announce the appointment of Mathew Dunn, Chief Financial Officer, as a director of the company with immediate effect.

Mathew joined the business on 28 September 2015 and, following a period of overlap to ensure a smooth transition, he succeeded John Gibney as Chief Financial Officer on the announcement of our Preliminary Results earlier today.  John will remain on the board until the AGM on 27 January 2016 and, as previously advised, he will remain with the company until his retirement in April 2016.

No further details remain to be disclosed for the above appointment as required under Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
