Offers for Subscription - Supplementary Prospectus

The Companies announce that they have today published a supplementary prospectus in respect of the offers for subscription of up to £35 million in aggregate (the "Supplementary Prospectus").

The Supplementary Prospectus is required because on 22 March 2019 British Smaller Companies VCT2 plc published its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018.

The Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and may be viewed on the National Storage Mechanism at the following website address: http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
