The British Land Company plc (the 'Company')
Application for Admission
Further to the results of the Placing, Retail Offer and Directors' Subscription announcement released on 3 October 2024 (RNS Number: 8015G), the Company confirms that applications have been made to the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") and London Stock Exchange plc (the "LSE") respectively for admission of 137,261 ordinary shares of 25p each in connection with the Directors' Subscription Shares, to the Equity Shares (Commercial Companies) ("ESCC") listing category of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities ("Admission").
It is expected that Admission will become effective on 28 November 2024.
When issued these shares will be credited as fully paid and rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares.
