The British Land Company PLC ("the Company")

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 3,074,878 Ordinary shares of 25p each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List. 

It is expected that admission will be granted on 01 May 2014 with dealings commencing on 02 May 2014.

These shares will be issued in connection with the Company's Scrip Dividend payable on 02 May 2014.

When issued these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares.
