The following amendment has been made to the 'Additional Listing' announcement released on 10/06/2013 at 09.50 under RNS No 5503G.

The description has been changed to reflect the listing as a block listing. 

All other details remain unchanged.

The British Land Company PLC ("the Company")

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 3,100,000 Ordinary shares of 25p each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List. 

It is expected that admission will be granted on 11 June 2013 with dealings commencing on 12 June 2013.

These shares are being reserved under block listings and will be issued in connection with the Company's Matching Share Plan (1,100,000 shares)  and Fund Managers Performance Plan (2,000,000 shares).

When issued these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares.
