Non-Executive Directors' fees 

The British Land Company PLC ("the Company") announces that the Non-Executive Directors listed below were allotted ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company at a price of 490.93 pence per share on 4 January 2021:

The allotments of shares to William Jackson and Irvinder Goodhew are pursuant to their instructions to receive shares as full satisfaction of their Non-Executive Director fees. The allotment of shares to Tim Score is in partial satisfaction of his Chairman's fee.

The transactions referred to above took place outside a trading venue.  This notification is made in accordance Article 19.3 of the Market Abuse Regulation. The Identification Code for ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company is GB0001367019.
