Save As You Earn (SAYE) Share Option Scheme

The British Land Company PLC (the 'Company') announces that it was notified on 01 September 2015 that Lucinda Bell, an Executive Director of the Company, and Jean-Marc Vandevivere, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities of the Company, exercised options over the Company's ordinary shares of 25 pence each ('Shares') as outlined below, under the Company's SAYE Share Option Scheme on 01 September 2015.
