Completion of £200m Buyback Programme

British Land Company PLC (the "Company") announces that following the purchased ordinary shares on Friday, 22 March 2019, the Company's £200 million share buyback programme managed by Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc and UBS AG London Branch announced on 14 June 2018 was completed in accordance with its terms. In aggregate between 15 June 2018 and 22 March 2019, the Company repurchased 33,672,430 ordinary shares at an average purchase price of 594p per share.
