British Land announces that, on 12 September 2014, it received notification from the Trustees of The British Land Employee Share Ownership Plan Trust that, on 12 September 2014, parts of the Fund Managers Performance Plan Awards granted to Simon Carter and Nigel Webb, persons discharging managerial responsibilities of the Company, on 12 September 2012, vested.

Simon Carter thus received 4,962 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company and Nigel Webb received 28,284 shares. Following the vesting, both individuals sold all of their newly vested shares at a price of 718.439 pence per share.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4
