The British Land Company PLC (the 'Company') announces that, on 14 January 2013, Lord Turnbull, Richard Pym, Dido Harding and William Jackson, Directors of the Company, were allotted the following number of shares of 25p each in the Company, at a price of 569.2 pence per share;

The shares allotted to Lord Turnbull, Richard Pym, Dido Harding and William Jackson were pursuant to their standing instructions to receive shares as part satisfaction of their directors' fees.

The Company also announces that Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited (the 'Trustees'), Trustees of the British Land Share Incentive Plan ('SIP'), notified the Company on 15 January 2013 that on 14 January 2013 they acquired Partnership and Matching Shares on behalf of the Company's executive directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities as outlined below.
