The British Land Save As You Earn Share Option Scheme

British Land announces that on 19 February 2015, Chris Grigg, an Executive Director of the Company, was allotted 1,908 Ordinary Shares resulting from the exercise of an option under the Company's Save As You Earn Share Option Scheme, at a price of 473 pence per share.

The transaction referred to above took place in London and the Company was notified on 19 February 2015.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4 R
