The Company announces that on 08 September 2014, Chris Grigg, a Director of the Company, exercised options over 550,000 Ordinary shares at a price of 387p per share. Following the exercise all the shares were sold at a price of 726.9437p per share. The options had been awarded under the Company's Long-term Incentive Plan.
