The Company announces that on 28 August 2014, Simon Carter, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities of the Company, sold 4,000 Ordinary shares at a price of 729.50p per share. He also exercised options over 14,117 Ordinary shares at a price of 510p per share and 13,437 Ordinary shares at a price of 447p per share. All the resultant shares were sold at a price of 728.58p per share. The options had been awarded under the Company's Long-term Incentive Plan.
