The Company announces that on 10 June 2014, Nigel Webb, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") of the Company, exercised options over 40,268 Ordinary shares at a price of 447p per share. All the resultant shares were sold at a price of 725.50p per share. The options had been awarded under the Company's Long-term Incentive Plan.
