The Company announces that on 25 February 2014, Tim Roberts, a Director of the Company, exercised options over 228,187 ordinary shares at a price of 447p per share and exercised options over 22,513 ordinary Shares at a price of 659.55p per share. All the resultant shares were sold on 25 February 2014 at a price of 697.30p per share. The options had been awarded under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan and had previously vested.
