The Company announces that on 21 February 2014, Jean-Marc Vandevivere, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities of the Company, exercised options over 109,820 ordinary shares at a price of 387p per share and exercised options over 102,017 ordinary Shares at a price of 446p per share. All the resultant shares were sold at a price of 698p per share. The options had been awarded under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan and had previously vested.
