DIRECTORATE CHANGE

British Land announces that Dido Harding will be standing down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company on a date to be agreed, following her new appointment as a non-executive director on the Court of the Bank of England.

John Gildersleeve, Chairman, said: "We will be sad to see Dido leave but congratulate her on this new appointment. I would like to thank Dido for the very valuable contribution she has made to British Land".
