Director resignation

The Company hereby announces that Robert Davis resigned as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 23 November 2017.  Mr Davis is retiring after nine years on the Board after a long career in the industry, and there are no plans to replace him. 

Keith Ludeman Chairman of the Board said: "I would like to thank Robert for his significant contribution to the business during his tenure and wish him well for the future.".
