Director resignation

The Company confirms today that Mick Axtell has tendered his resignation as an executive director of the Company.  The effective date of this resignation has not yet been determined and the Company will release a further announcement once the effective date is known.

Keith Ludeman Chairman of the Board said: "I would like to thank Mick for his contribution to the business and wish him well for the future. We are currently underway with our search for his replacement".
