Bristol Water plc announces that with effect from 1 January 2015 Tim Tutton is appointed a non- executive director of the Company.

Mr Tutton is an independent economic consultant specialising in economic regulation, especially in the energy sector.  He is an Honorary University Fellow in the College of Life and Environmental Sciences at Exeter University.  He was appointed to the panel at the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) in 2013.

Previously he has been UK Director of Regulation at National Grid, Director of UK Utility Regulation at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Senior Adviser at Oxera.
