Briscoe Group Limited advises that in accordance with NZSX Listing Rule 2.3.2, the closing date for Director nominations in respect of the company’s annual shareholders’ meeting scheduled to be held in May 2023, is 23 March 2023. The address to which nominations should be sent is the company's registered office - 1 Taylors Road, Morningside, Auckland 1025.

The company will advise the date and location of the annual shareholders’ meeting once those details are determined.
