On September 3, 2014, Matthew A. P. Schumacher, Controller, The Brink’s Company (the “Company”), notified the Company that he plans to retire from the Company during the first quarter of 2015, following the filing of the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2014.
