RELEASE OF RESTRICTED SECURITIES FROM ESCROW

The Directors wish to announce that on 12 April 2004 1,368,693 ordinary shares are due for release from escrow. The Company will instruct its share registry to take the appropriate action. Application will also be made for the relevant shares to be quoted on ASX in accordance with the listing rules.

Following the release of these shares from escrow, a balance of 16,216,308 ordinary shares will remain subject to restriction agreements.
